Wilkinson Williams, on behalf of Orchard Street Investment Management, have sold The Point Retail Park in Rochdale. The property is let to TK Maxx and Home Bargains at low rents of £9.73 per sq ft and £9.27 per sq ft respectively. Whilst TK Maxx have a break in 2017, Home Bargains took the former Staples unit on a 15 year lease in August 2013. The scheme also benefits from an open A1 consent, including food.
Aviva Investors Recovery Fund III purchased the scheme for a price of £4,285,000, reflecting 8.16% NIY. JLL represented the purchaser.
