Wilkinson Williams have purchased on behalf of a private investor the Homebase in Folkestone and Wickes in Bridgend. Both properties were let on leases expiring in 2020 and let off low rents of £12.50 per sq ft. They were purchased for £5.18 million, reflecting 8.49% NIY (Folkestone) and £4.115 million, reflecting 7.5% NIY (Bridgend).
The vendor was Colliers Capital, represented by Colliers.
