Boots are part of the Walgreens Boots Alliance and are the third biggest Retailer in the world, trading as Walgreens in the US and Boots in the rest of the world with over 3,000 Boots stores in the UK and nearly 13,000 Walgreens stores in the US. WAB operate supporting distribution hubs, office buildings and manufacturing facilities in a number of countries. Avison Young have advised Boots in the UK and overseas for over 20 years. We have worked with Boots on a variety of acquisition, disposals, valuation and consultancy assignments. We have helped deliver cost savings across the portfolio by offering a bespoke service which is fully aligned with Boots Corporate objectives and culture. We are currently retained to advise Boots on key acquisitions, relocations and identifying opportunities across the UK. We have been successful in securing high profile sites for Boots including Covent Garden-Long Acre, Oxford Street and Piccadilly.
